Ab Tomas Kjellman's customer register
BASIS FOR MAINTAINING THE REGISTER
The person has registered as a customer of Ab Tomas Kjellman, purchased goods from AB Tomas Kjellman, and/or participates in events organized by Ab Tomas Kjellman.
PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to maintain Ab Tomas Kjellman's customer register and the archiving and processing of customer orders and managing the customer relationship. The register is also used for tracking lost packages. The data can be used for statistical purposes by AB Tomas Kjellman and for producing more personally targeted content in our web services. Personal data are processed within the limits allowed and required by the Personal Data Act.
DATA CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
The personal register contains the following information:
- Person's first and last name
- Business ID or personal identification number
- Email address
- Postal address
- Phone number
- Information about processed orders
- Tracking information for orders from the Postal service
DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The information in the customer register is solely for the use of Ab Tomas Kjellman, except when Ab Tomas Kjellman uses an external service provider to support credit decisions. However, the data is not disclosed outside Ab Tomas Kjellman or to its partners for their own use, except in connection with credit applications, collection processes, or billing, and as required by law. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
The registered person's data are deleted upon the user's request unless legislation, open invoices, or collection actions prevent the deletion of the data.
SECURITY OF THE REGISTER
The register is not disclosed to third parties. Access to the register requires user rights in Ab Tomas Kjellman's internal network. The register is located on Ab Tomas Kjellman's password-protected server.
