Jeantil Manure Spreaders

The history of the French family company Jeantil SA dates back to the 1800s. For the past 50 years, the company's main product has been manure spreaders. Jeantil is recognized as a pioneer in efficient precision manure spreaders. Today, Jeantil SA exports its products to over 30 different countries. The most renowned is the Jeantil EVR range. The spreaders are available with load capacities ranging from 8.5 m³ to 27 m³ and can be equipped with 1, 2, or 3 axles depending on the model.

High-quality manufacturing materials ensure a long service life. The EVR range is made from RS 420 special steel, while the EPR range is made from Hardox. Both are structurally monobloc manure spreaders. Thanks to product development, the spreader features a self-supporting frame, an outwardly curved load space without sharp stiffening edges, and no bolted connections in the load area. This design prevents manure from bridging and makes the spreader easy to clean. The spreader is equipped with a very robust anchor chain floor conveyor, and the paddles are made from durable beams. The floor conveyor has a steplessly adjustable hydraulic drive.

Jeantil Precision Spreaders

Jeantil offers two different types of spreaders.The EPAN 5 is a precision vertical beater spreader equipped with shredding and throwing blades, while the EPAN 6 features two horizontal shredding beaters and spreading discs, making it ideal for compost spreading. For controlling the spreading rate, Advanced or Jeantilmatic Exact spreading automation systems are available.
